Property owners are starting to be aware of the introduction of the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) on 1st April 2018.
Procters are having more and more conversations with clients regarding the implications of the regulations.

Whilst there are certain exemptions property owners should be aware that the banks are looking very closely at the regulations and what cost implications there may be to upgrade efficiency ratings and the effect of this on valuations for lending purposes.
